Gazdas\u00e1gtudom\u00e1nyi Egyetem (BME) sz\u00e1mos \u00e9p\u00fclete energetikai szempontb\u00f3l korszer\u0171tlennek mondhat\u00f3, ez\u00e1ltal a fenntart\u00e1suk \u00e9s m\u0171k\u00f6dtet\u00e9s\u00fck nem k\u00f6lts\u00e9ghat\u00e9kony. Ennek ok\u00e1n a BME az al\u00e1bbi energetikai fejleszt\u00e9sek el\u0151k\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9re szeretne t\u00e1mogat\u00e1st:<\/p><ul><li>L \u00e9p\u00fclet energetikai fel\u00faj\u00edt\u00e1sa, korszer\u0171s\u00edt\u00e9se<\/li><\/ul><p>A szint\u00e9n m\u0171eml\u00e9k jelleg\u0171 L \u00e9p\u00fclet tervezett fel\u00faj\u00edt\u00e1sa:<\/p><ol><li>\u00fctemben az \u00e9p\u00fclet teljes lapostet\u0151 fel\u00fclet\u00e9nek fel\u00faj\u00edt\u00e1sa, csapad\u00e9kv\u00edz- \u00e9s h\u0151szigetel\u00e9s r\u00e9tegekkel val\u00f3 kieg\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9se, a tet\u0151 bevil\u00e1g\u00edt\u00f3 ablakok korszer\u0171s\u00edt\u00e9se val\u00f3sulna meg.<\/li><li>\u00fctemben az \u00e9p\u00fclet \u00f6sszk\u00e9p\u00e9t k\u00edv\u00fclr\u0151l negat\u00edvan befoly\u00e1sol\u00f3, korszer\u0171tlen, k\u00f6nny\u0171szerkezetes f\u00e9m fel\u00e9p\u00edtm\u00e9ny energetikai korszer\u0171s\u00edt\u00e9se, a m\u0171eml\u00e9ki \u00e9p\u00fclethez illeszked\u0151 homlokzati \u00e1talak\u00edt\u00e1sa t\u00f6rt\u00e9nik.<\/li><\/ol><ul><li>G \u00e9p\u00fclet energetikai fel\u00faj\u00edt\u00e1sa, korszer\u0171s\u00edt\u00e9se<\/li><\/ul><p>Az \u00e9p\u00fclet m\u0171eml\u00e9kv\u00e9detts\u00e9g\u0171 k\u00f6rnyezetben tal\u00e1lhat\u00f3. A fejleszt\u00e9s keret\u00e9ben a lapostet\u0151 \u00e9s a sh\u00e9dtet\u0151 h\u00e9jal\u00e1sa \u00e9s azok r\u00e9tegrendj\u00e9nek fel\u00faj\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1t, kieg\u00e9sz\u00edt\u0151 h\u0151szigetel\u00e9s be\u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9t \u00e9s bevil\u00e1g\u00edt\u00f3 ablakok cser\u00e9j\u00e9t v\u00e9gezz\u00fck el.<\/p><p>Emellett energetikai szempont\u00fa g\u00e9p\u00e9szeti fel\u00faj\u00edt\u00e1st val\u00f3s\u00edtan\u00e1nk meg, amelyben a csarnok bef\u00fav\u00f3 \u00e9s elsz\u00edv\u00f3 szell\u0151z\u0151rendszer\u00e9t korszer\u0171s\u00edtj\u00fck h\u0151visszanyer\u00e9ssel \u00e9s h\u0151szivatty\u00fa be\u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9vel. A konvekci\u00f3s alapf\u0171t\u00e9s szab\u00e1lyoz\u00e1s\u00e1t termosztatikus szelepekkel oldjuk meg. A projekt r\u00e9sz\u00e9t k\u00e9pezi a csarnok vil\u00e1g\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1nak \u00e9s villamosenergia-ell\u00e1t\u00e1s\u00e1nak fel\u00faj\u00edt\u00e1sa is.<\/p><ul><li>Bercs\u00e9nyi Koll\u00e9gium napelem telep\u00edt\u00e9se<\/li><\/ul><p>A fejleszt\u00e9s els\u0151 l\u00e9p\u00e9sek\u00e9nt a BME saj\u00e1t forr\u00e1s terh\u00e9re v\u00e9gzi el az \u00e9p\u00fclet tet\u0151fel\u00faj\u00edt\u00e1s egyes r\u00e9szfeladatait, a h\u00e9jazat, b\u00e1dogosszerkezet, szarufa cser\u00e9vel \u00e9s tet\u0151szerkezet meger\u0151s\u00edt\u00e9ssel. A tet\u0151fel\u00faj\u00edt\u00e1st az 5. emeleti be\u00e1z\u00e1sok, a csapad\u00e9kv\u00edz elvezet\u00e9s probl\u00e9m\u00e1i is indokolj\u00e1k. A tet\u0151fel\u00faj\u00edt\u00e1sa a napelem elhelyez\u00e9se el\u0151tt m\u0171szakilag sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges, melynek tervez\u00e9s\u00e9t a BME saj\u00e1t forr\u00e1sb\u00f3l finansz\u00edrozza. A padl\u00e1sf\u00f6d\u00e9men l\u00e9v\u0151 \u201eh\u0151szigetel\u0151 paplan\u201d a h\u00e9jazathib\u00e1k, a be\u00e1z\u00e1sok miatt kicser\u00e9lj\u00fck, a mai energetikai, t\u0171zv\u00e9delmi el\u0151\u00edr\u00e1soknak is megfelel\u0151 vastags\u00e1g\u00fa, k\u0151zetgyapot h\u0151szigetel\u00e9sre. Ezt a tet\u0151szerkezet kialak\u00edt\u00e1sa is lehet\u0151v\u00e9 teszi.<\/p><p>A meger\u0151s\u00edtett nyeregtet\u0151 d\u00e9lnyugati fel\u00fclet\u00e9n helyezhet\u0151k el a napelemek, mely az \u00e9p\u00fclet udvari, lapostet\u0151s sz\u00e1rny\u00e1n l\u00e9v\u0151 napelemrendszert b\u0151v\u00edti. A fel\u00faj\u00edt\u00e1s, energetikai korszer\u0171s\u00edt\u00e9s a koll\u00e9gium\u00e9p\u00fclet \u00e1llagmeg\u00f3v\u00e1s\u00e1n fel\u00fcl az \u00fczemeltet\u00e9s k\u00f6lts\u00e9get is cs\u00f6kkenti. A koll\u00e9gium vonatkoz\u00e1s\u00e1ban 15 kW(p) teljes\u00edtm\u00e9ny\u0171 napelemes rendszer ker\u00fcl ki\u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9sre, mely tov\u00e1bb n\u00f6veli az energia megtakar\u00edt\u00e1st. A rendszerek \u00e9ves hozama v\u00e1rhat\u00f3an 16,5 MWh.<\/p><ul><li>Baross G\u00e1bor Koll\u00e9gium energetikai korszer\u0171s\u00edt\u00e9se<\/li><\/ul><p>A helyi v\u00e9detts\u00e9g\u0171 \u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9szeti \u00f6r\u00f6ks\u00e9gnek sz\u00e1m\u00edt\u00f3 \u00e9p\u00fclet bels\u0151 sportudvari \u00e9s v\u00e9gfal homlokzata katasztrof\u00e1lis \u00e1llapotban van. A csapad\u00e9kv\u00edzelvezet\u00e9s, b\u00e1dogoz\u00e1s szint\u00e9n rossz \u00e1llapot\u00fa, a bels\u0151 sportudvar pedig \u00e9letvesz\u00e9lyes. Az \u00e9p\u00fclethez tartozik 7 db bevil\u00e1g\u00edt\u00f3 udvar, homlokzatvakolat \u00e9s a csapad\u00e9kv\u00edzelvezet\u0151 rendszer is fel\u00faj\u00edt\u00e1sra szorul. A homlokzatfel\u00faj\u00edt\u00e1st h\u0151szigetel\u00e9ssel v\u00e9gezz\u00fck el a padl\u00e1sf\u00f6d\u00e9m h\u0151szigetel\u00e9ssel egy\u00fctt. Ez a megl\u00e9v\u0151 d\u00e9li tet\u0151fel\u00fcletre elhelyezett napkollektorokkal egy\u00fctt az \u00e1llagmeg\u00f3v\u00e1s, balesetmentes\u00edt\u00e9s mellett az energetikai korszer\u0171s\u00edt\u00e9st szolg\u00e1lja. A homlokzatfel\u00faj\u00edt\u00e1sra kiviteli tervekkel rendelkezik az Egyetem, melyet fel\u00fcl kell vizsg\u00e1lnia \u00e9s amennyiben sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges ki kell eg\u00e9sz\u00edteni a megfelel\u0151 m\u0171szaki tartalommal, hogy a mai energetikai \u00e9s t\u0171v\u00e9delmi szab\u00e1lyoknak megfeleljen.<\/p><ul><li>Napelem rendszer telep\u00edt\u00e9se a Martos Fl\u00f3ra Koll\u00e9gium \u00e9s a V\u00e1s\u00e1rhelyi P\u00e1l Koll\u00e9giumokra<\/li><\/ul><p>A koll\u00e9gium vonatkoz\u00e1s\u00e1ban \u00faj 30 kW(p) teljes\u00edtm\u00e9ny\u0171 napelemes rendszer ker\u00fcl telep\u00edt\u00e9sre. A rendszerek \u00e9ves hozama v\u00e1rhat\u00f3an 33 MWh. A koll\u00e9giumok 11kV-os h\u00e1l\u00f3zaton kereszt\u00fcl csatlakoznak a BME h\u00e1l\u00f3zat\u00e1hoz, \u00edgy a termelt villamosenergia az eg\u00e9sz t\u00f6rt\u00e9nelmi kampusz ter\u00fclet\u00e9n f\u00f6lhaszn\u00e1lhat\u00f3 visszwatt v\u00e9delem be\u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9vel.<\/p><ul><li>V\u00e1s\u00e1rhelyi P\u00e1l Koll\u00e9gium energetikai, fel\u00faj\u00edt\u00e1sa korszer\u0171s\u00edt\u00e9se, napelem telep\u00edt\u00e9se<\/li><\/ul><p>Energetikai korszer\u0171s\u00edt\u00e9s: Az \u00e9p\u00fclet \u00e1llagmeg\u00f3v\u00e1sa \u00e9s balesetv\u00e9delmi okokb\u00f3l a homlokzat fel\u00faj\u00edt\u00e1sa sz\u00fcks\u00e9gess\u00e9 v\u00e1lt. Ennek sor\u00e1n az \u00e9p\u00fclet r\u00e9gi, megromlott \u00e1llapot\u00fa k\u0151burkolata elbont\u00e1sra ker\u00fcl \u00e9s helyette, energetikai szempontb\u00f3l megfelel\u0151 homlokzati h\u0151szigetel\u00e9s ker\u00fcl az \u00e9p\u00fcletre. Ezzel egyid\u0151ben a korszer\u0171tlen ny\u00edl\u00e1sz\u00e1r\u00f3k cser\u00e9re is megt\u00f6rt\u00e9nik a jelenlegi jogszab\u00e1lyi el\u0151\u00edr\u00e1soknak megfelel\u0151, korszer\u0171 ny\u00edl\u00e1sz\u00e1r\u00f3kra.\u00a0 Szint\u00e9n \u00e1llagmeg\u00f3v\u00e1s \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben \u00e9s az energetikai korszer\u0171s\u00edt\u00e9s c\u00e9lj\u00e1b\u00f3l az \u00e9p\u00fclet lapostetej\u00e9nek csapad\u00e9kv\u00edz- \u00e9s h\u0151szigetel\u00e9se is megt\u00f6rt\u00e9nik.<\/p><p>Napelem telep\u00edt\u00e9s: A koll\u00e9gium vonatkoz\u00e1s\u00e1ban 85,5 kW(p) teljes\u00edtm\u00e9ny\u0171 napelemes rendszer ker\u00fcl ki\u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9sre, mely tov\u00e1bb n\u00f6veli az energia megtakar\u00edt\u00e1st.
