We would like to help the international visibility and search for a tender partner for university researchers in connection with the new calls of the Horizon Europe framework programme in 2023-24, therefore, with the help of a professional video crew, we are creating research group demonstration videos, which we also upload to the Competence Map, we provide it with visibility on demand on LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook, and the research groups can use it freely.

The videos will be recorded on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 from 10 am to 6 pm in the Z10 – MNB Community Space (Building Z. 10th floor).

The footage is captured by a professional crew using the latest greenscreen solution according to the video design
(example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sIfCFwtGrWg&t=4s) , therefore, the recording can only be made on the specified day and place with personal participation.

At the event, the presentations follow each other in a tight chronological order, therefore, based on the best practice already established at the Competence Fair in June, we edit the presentations given in the given time slots into a file for efficient time management. Therefore, please send your presentations to us at the horizon@bme.hu address by 12:00 on Monday, 7 November 2022. Please use only the template provided by us.

Pitch presentation workshop – Meeting recording (available after approval)

On the day of the recording, it will be possible to record one presentation per research group, but we would like to give you the opportunity to practice on site from 10:00 to 12:30 on Friday, November 4. If you would like to make use of this option, please indicate it in the excel table for selecting the appointment.
